What exactly is a credit?
One credit creates one Exotic VPN account, valid for 30 days.
Buy a package here, then create the accounts from your reseller dashboard whenever
a customer needs one.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your reseller account until you use them.
The 30 days is the life of each VPN account you create, not of the credit.
How do I get my credits after paying?
A reseller account username and password are emailed to you the moment
payment is confirmed, and shown on screen as well. Log in to the dashboard with those,
then transfer the credits to your own reseller account.
Which networks can I pay from?
MTN and Airtel mobile money, in Uganda shillings. You enter your number,
approve the prompt with your PIN, and the order completes by itself.
The money left my phone but nothing arrived
It usually completes within a minute or two on its own. If it does not,
open the order under My orders and use Report a problem, attaching the
mobile money message. Do not pay again: we can see the payment and will finish the order.
Why do I need an account?
So your reseller details reach the right inbox, and so your orders follow
you between your phone, the app and this website. You stay signed in for 30 days.
